It's true! I actually ran a 5k! It was awesome! Here's some proof that I completed the race:

THat is so cool. Part of me wants to do one and I am trying to work up the courage. Where do you go to find out about races like this?
Way to go, the last one that I did was out at Harmony and I was in way better shape back then... I need to start running again, YAY for you!!!
